How the Referral Program Works

Referral Duration

Once someone registers using your referral, qualifying purchases made during the active attribution period may generate commissions.
How Commissions Are Calculated
Marketing Mindset calculates commissions using an internal value called the Eligible Commission Base. This value may take into account commercial factors including payment processing, discounts, refunds, promotional pricing, revenue sharing, provider costs, and other platform expenses.
This approach helps keep the program sustainable while rewarding partners fairly. The detailed calculation methodology is proprietary.
When Are Commissions Paid?

Participation may require approval depending on the partnership type. Referral Partners must complete Stripe Connect onboarding with charges and payouts enabled before they can create or activate a referral link. Contact Marketing Mindset or apply as an Instructor to discuss the appropriate relationship.
Yes. The current default commission eligibility period is 180 days from Referral Attribution. The applicable period may change for future attributions.
Yes. Marketing Mindset may issue more than one referral link for different campaigns, audiences, or approved uses.
Yes, provided your content is accurate, useful, compliant with platform policies, and does not misrepresent Marketing Mindset or the Referral Program.
Yes, subject to the program rules, applicable law, and any requirements for disclosures, cookies, or advertising claims.
Yes. A commission may be cancelled or reversed in full or in part when a related transaction is fully or partially refunded, cancelled, charged back, reversed, fraudulent, or otherwise adjusted under the program rules, including refunds under the 14-day guarantee or a statutory withdrawal right.
Commissions become payable only after the relevant review and refund periods, approval, any minimum payout threshold, Stripe Connect payout readiness, and successful payout processing. Marketing Mindset does not currently publish a referral payout schedule or delay.
Yes. Marketing Mindset may change program rules, percentages, eligible products, durations, and methodology for future transactions without reducing commissions already earned, subject to valid adjustments.
