Right of Withdrawal

1. General Consumer Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA)

If you are a consumer residing in the EU or EEA, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days without giving any reason.

2. Digital Content, Digital Services, and Other Services

The statutory withdrawal rules differ depending on whether an offer is digital content, a digital service, or another service. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, applicable law may require your prior express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement of the effect on your statutory withdrawal right.

We present any consent or acknowledgement required by law for the specific offer during checkout and confirm it with your order. We do not treat immediate access as a universal loss of statutory withdrawal rights.

This policy applies in particular to:

• AI tools and AI credit-based usage;
• membership subscriptions and paid platform features;
• consultations booked and delivered through the platform.

4. Our Voluntary 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Separately from statutory rights, eligible initial subscriptions, eligible fixed-term access plans, and standalone courses sold directly by Marketing Mindset have a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee. If we receive your request within 14 days of the successful initial payment, you will receive a full refund without giving a reason.

Subscription renewals, consumable credits, video, communication, or other usage-based resources, and consultations are not covered by that voluntary guarantee. Consultation cancellation terms and the applicable refund amount are shown before a consultation cancellation is confirmed.

If a guarantee refund is issued, we terminate the paid access, benefits, and entitlements associated with the refunded purchase. The guarantee does not limit statutory withdrawal rights or remedies for billing errors, duplicate payments, failure to supply, or defective or non-conforming digital content or services.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights that apply to you under mandatory consumer protection law.
